Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications;
- Prepare documentation to support technical analysis and development;
- Collaborate with development teams during implementation and testing;
- Provide post-release support and assistance to clients;
- Draft and maintain product documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in the banking or financial software domain and banking systems or financial applications
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and functional testing
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Fluency in English
