Job Description:

Would you like to start your professional career in a highly specialized and innovative multinational environment?

Recent graduates with degrees in STEM, Law, Security Policies, or Criminology with a specialization in cybersecurity will join the Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance team.

In a dynamic and stimulating environment, they will collaborate on Cybersecurity Advisory projects for leading players in Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Automotive sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior staff in defining cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives and context;
  • Preparing multi-year roadmaps to enhance cybersecurity levels;
  • Assessing cybersecurity risks;
  • Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations (e.g., DORA, NIS2, SWIFT) and standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO27001, ISO 42001);
  • Designing and implementing security awareness initiatives;
  • Developing processes and defining policies/procedures in cybersecurity.

A continuous training plan is provided to develop new skills and knowledge in cybersecurity, including obtaining relevant certifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Law, Security Policies, or Criminology with a cybersecurity specialization;
  • Passion for Cybersecurity;
  • Team-oriented and goal-driven attitude;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • English language proficiency (upper intermediate/fluent - minimum B2).

Work Location: Milan, Rome (hybrid mode)
