Belvedere Bellagio is looking for a person focused and motivated who wants to approach the world of fine dining hospitality by supporting the team during service. You will be the link between the dining room and kitchen, ensuring precision, speed and care in every gesture, so that the guests' experience is harmonious and memorable. Your contribution will be valuable for:
- Working alongside the dining-room team during service
- Transporting trays with dishes and drinks with care and discretion
- Supporting the preparation of mise en place
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in service areas
- Collaborating with Chef de Rang, Maître and kitchen for a fluid and precise service
Requisiti
- Preferred previous experience in high-level restaurant settings
- Interest in the world of dining-room and gastronomy
- Good knowledge of Italian; English knowledge is a plus
- Safety/HACCP certificates are considered preferred
