Job Description

Seeking a precise, reliable, and customer‑focused individual with a passion for hospitality. The role involves transporting dishes between kitchen and dining room, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness under the guidance of the chef de rang.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the mise en place according to service requirements.
• Serve food and beverages at the table.
• Maintain table and room order and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the chef de rang to meet guest requests promptly.
• Assist other brigade members during service.
• Clean all table‑top equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of main dishes and drinks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Understanding of HACCP hygiene standards.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Manual dexterity and precision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Speed and accuracy at work.
• Problem‑solving focus.
• Prior experience as a wait‑staff member is an advantage.
• Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
