Travel Designer

VIT is seeking a TRAVEL DESIGNER for the Porto Office, Portugal

VIT is a Destination Management Company (DMC) with over 25 years of experience in international markets.

VIT offers travel to Italy, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Our clients are international travel agents. VIT operates in the Premium and Luxury segments and is part of prestigious international networks such as Traveller Made, XO Private, Internova, and Signature.

This position requires excellent English language skills. This job posting is aimed at ambitious candidates with strong motivation and a passion for travel, but above all able to work in a team and handle stress.

40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients' specifications and desires and suggest appropriate travel packages or services
• Organize the travel experience from start to finish, including booking hotels, excursions, transfers, and all other necessary services
• Handle any issues that may arise

Requirements and skills:

• Experience in the position
• Knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is appreciated
• Customer-oriented approach
• Problem-solving skills

Required:

• Educational background consistent with the position
• Knowledge of Office applications or Google Suite
