• PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We seek motivated, customer-focused individuals for the role of Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician. This role emphasizes safety compliance, timely preventative maintenance, and high equipment availability through continuous improvement.

• Shift Pattern

This role involves working in non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Model and monitor health & safety best practices among team members.
• Demonstrate SME-level knowledge of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and work hands-on.
• Coach and mentor technicians, support the line manager, and supervise shifts in their absence.
• Ensure high equipment availability through troubleshooting and prioritization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the EU network.
• Build and maintain good relationships at all organizational levels.
• Understand OEE and other equipment performance metrics.
• Manage contractors effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to supervise and influence team members.
• Skill in multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and working in multi-site environments.
