Job Overview

Unes Supermercati, a leading Italian GDO company, seeks an enthusiastic and motivated third floor manager (Terrace Responsible) to join our team at Il Viaggiator Goloso di Basiglio. The role involves working closely with the Store Manager and Head of Food Department to ensure smooth store operations, customer service, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head of Food to manage store operations in line with company procedures.
• Handle cashier duties and merchandise display, unload and stock merchandise.
• Oversee the store inventory and order management (in coordination with the Store Manager).
• Manage the store’s corporate assets.
• Provide support to Fresh Departments (Bakery, Cold Cuts, Produce) when required.
• Act as a point of reference for customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in GDO/Retail, specifically in the packing department.
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic and challenging retail environment and a desire to grow professionally.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
