This role is based in Bangalore, putting you at the intersection of Amazon’s tech innovation and MGM’s century of storytelling excellence.

Key Job Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Admin on the Amazon Studios team, you will architect, design, configure, and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for the Amazon MGM & Studios Sales, Licensing team in partnership with technology partners, teams, and leaders across the enterprise. You will simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve customer experiences, technically lead a complex charter of building and delivering cloud services and CRM solutions, and jointly define the strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year, business‑critical cloud technology solutions rolled out to the Amazon and AWS enterprise. Additionally, you will define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across CRM and internal Amazon environments and bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency, and performance of our mission‑critical tools and services.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
