Data analyst and reporting Carbon & Circularity

The SCM Sustainability Analyst plays a key role in supporting global sustainability initiatives within the supply
chain function. This role focuses on data-driven analysis, reporting, and tool management to monitor supplier performance, carbon and circularity metrics, and compliance. The analyst will work across various digital
platforms and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in sustainable supply chain practices.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage and analyze data from sustainability tools (Carbon & Circularity, Power BI, EcoVadis, Responsible Minerals, etc.).
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards to track SCM sustainability KPIs.
  • Support programs such as GHG assessments, circularity tracking, and supplier compliance.
  • Collaborate with global teams and assist in internal/external sustainability reporting.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support rollout of new tools and training.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and visualizations to support SCM sustainability KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across platforms.
  • Support implementation of sustainability initiatives such as supplier GHG assessments, circularity tracking and resource efficiency analysis, and smelter engagement through the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).
  • Collaborate with global SCM teams to monitor supplier performance and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing internal and external sustainability reports.
  • Drive process improvements by streamlining data collection and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams (SCM, Quality, Sustainability, Legal) to align standards, and supporting the rollout of new tools and dashboards with training and documentation.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Should have 4+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, supply chain analytics, or ESG data management.
  • Experience in data analytics within global organizations, with knowledge of responsible sourcing, carbon accounting, circular economy, scenario modeling, and supply chain compliance systems.
  • Having experience working with tools like PowerBi, Celonis, EcoVadis, and other sustainability platforms is a advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and data integration tools & familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, RMI, ESG standards).
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
