Overview

The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Head of PPMO, the Senior PMs, and other members of the PPMO team to manage R&D projects of varying complexity, from early stages (IND ready to Ph1-2) to later stages (Ph3 and beyond) of Clinical Drug Development and Life Cycle Management.

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, execute programs according to predefined objectives, activities, budget, and schedule.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation (Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Gantt Chart, Project Trackers, Stakeholder Chart, Risk Management Tool, communication grid, etc.).
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings.
  • Support the budgeting process and monitor budget utilization.
  • Monitor progress of activities and results.
  • Consolidate information and provide timely reports and insights.
  • Identify and anticipate issues, proposing contingency and mitigation plans for approval.
  • Ensure project activities adhere to established R&D project governance.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior Project Managers, fostering a professional, safe, and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, empowering asset development teams with necessary information.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in scientific disciplines, with experience in oncology development.
  • Ability to understand and manage data from various sources within clinical trials in Oncology.
  • Good understanding of clinical development processes across stages and Life Cycle Management.
  • Preferred 5+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical R&D industry.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in a matrixed, geographically diverse environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Preferred project management certification and experience in cross-division or enterprise-level projects.
