We are looking for a hands‑on leader in performance media and operational CX who can turn data into action and action into business impact.
You will map, orchestrate and analyse high‑performing paid media consumer journeys that are powered by first‑party data (consumer and shopper profiles) reaching people in the key moments that matter in their life.
You will ensure paid touchpoints work seamlessly with brand plans and owned/earned channels for both acquisition and activation of consumer data.

Having already got some great CX experience, you will be able to demonstrate your passion and capability in this space. You will be commercially minded and have excellent communication skills, whilst being able to influence and educate cross functional teams on the CX landscape.
