Mission

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas : Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Tax services.

The main tasks in this position will be the following :

• Participate to the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports
• Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets
• Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities
• Invoicing process and payments
• Manage and support reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts

Qualifications

• You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies
• You have good understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques and financial flows
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are Fluent in Italian with a solid command of the English language as well
