About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our efforts in implementing process improvements and obtain tangible operations efficiency results.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operations efficiency strategies, analyzing business practices, and recommending new improvement methods and techniques. He will report directly to the CEO and work in strict cooperation with the Operation’s Manager and following the guidelines defined by COESIA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Lead and manage operations efficiency projects initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Monitor and improve actual Company Operations KPI
  • Drive the development and implementation of Lean methodology
  • Collaborate with teams and individuals to understand processes, and promote adoption of improvement measures
  • Monitor and report on the status of improvement projects
  • Provide training and guidance to team members about process improvement and Lean methodologies
  • Measure and analyze improvement project outcomes

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Proven work experience (7-10 years) in Operations and/or Continuous Improvement or similar roles with some managerial responsibilities.
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong project management skills
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field
