Asset Management Portfolio Manager (Italy)

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Portfolio Manager to join a rapidly growing international renewable energy company. This role offers the chance to work on utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of assets through development, construction, and operation.
• Build and manage performance reporting frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ESG alignment.
• Use advanced monitoring and control systems to maximize efficiency and grid integration.
• Collaborate across finance, engineering, and operations on forecasting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Present insights and performance outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in renewable energy asset management (solar, wind, or storage).
• Strong technical and analytical skills with familiarity in digital monitoring tools.
• Commercial acumen covering CAPEX / OPEX, PPAs, and energy market structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
• Experience working across multiple project lifecycle stages.
