Seamer Assembly Technician | Montatore Meccanico Aggraffatrici

Job Overview

We are looking for a mechanical assembler to join the Seamer Operation Department at CFT Group, reporting to the Department Head. After a proper onboarding period, the selected candidate will perform precision work for the construction and adaptation of components for food industry equipment, assembling and mounting the final product based on technical drawings, monitoring charts, and work cycles.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of mechanical groups or subgroups, respecting assigned hourly targets and proposing possible project improvements.
• Interpret technical documentation including assemblies, drawings, parts lists, mounting cycles, quality control sheets, and mounting checklists.
• Carry out small routine maintenance interventions and report any required maintenance.
• Inspect machine performance and product condition during processing, following safety standards and reporting non-conformities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent manual skills and use of standard shop tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical design.

Location: Parma, with worldwide travel availability.
