Manager Area Sales

Overview

Belimo Italia, based in Grassobbio (Bergamo), is a leader in the HVAC solutions market, specialised in the sale of control valves, sensors, energy meters and actuators for dampers. The company is looking for a Sales Area Manager to consolidate existing commercial relationships and grow business in the Triveneto area.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with companies operating mainly in the “non-residential buildings” sector, such as large installers (contractors), system integrators and facility management companies.
• Manage your area of expertise by creating an ambitious three-year growth plan, implementing strategic actions and initiatives to support growth.
• Develop opportunities related to energy efficiency in buildings.
• Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Represent Belimo and its values.

Who You Are

• Experience in a commercial role in the non-residential building business or building automation.
• Strong alignment with Belimo values.
• Strong ambition for growth.
• Good knowledge of English, level B2 or higher.
• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering.
