Responsibilities
- Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
- Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
- Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity management.
- Show a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain.
- English and Italian fluent, both in writing and speaking.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
- Positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunity.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.
- Negotiation expertise.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Availability to travel.
