Technical Service Engineer

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team;
• Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email;
• Analyze related data and assist in improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction;
• Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly;
• Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;
• Attend industry conferences and events;
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Background in science, with a major in electrical engineering preferred;
• At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus;
• Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure;
• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
