Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Specialist will develop and execute strategies to increase sales through trade partners. The role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring products are effectively marketed at the trade level to boost sell‑through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: develop and implement trade marketing plans and promotional activities to meet business objectives.
  • Sales support / campaign planning: create and distribute sales materials, such as promotional flyers and online visuals, and define ATL campaigns including TV, radio, and digital assets with retail partners.
  • Partner collaboration: build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to understand their needs and implement joint initiatives.
  • Channel management: ensure brand visibility and consistent implementation of promotional campaigns across all relevant trade channels.
  • Data analysis: analyze market data, sales reports, and competitor activity to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross‑functional coordination: work closely with sales, marketing product and communication teams to align consumer marketing with trade strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • +5 years experience in a similar role within the CE market.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively.
