Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
Lead, manage and mentor the sales team to optimize their performance and professional development
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies and initiatives
Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer or in a similar senior sales leadership role
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting / exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for sales planning and decision-making
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation
Experience in the relevant industry (e.g. fraud and fin-crime prevention) is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
