Overview

Join Castrol as Branded Workshop Lead Italy. This role is responsible for crafting the framework, developing the process, and implementing the Branded Workshop concept to build a network that develops opportunities within and beyond lubricants for the Castrol business. The Branded Workshop Implementation Manager will create detailed roll-out plans, supervise implementation and performance in line with strategic and financial objectives, in close collaboration with distributor manager teams, Service and Maintenance, Finance, Operations, etc.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with local teams to create detailed roll-out plans, including deployment means of the branded workshop concept, to identify and act on specific market opportunities.
  • Develop the financial framework for the markets (ATNs, EFMs) and monitor performance against it.
  • Support the offer development and deployment for the branded workshop concept.
  • Explore and evaluate different Route to Market options for deploying the branded workshop concept.
  • Explore, suggest and develop opportunities for employing the branded workshop network to drive new revenue streams for Castrol.
  • Support the implementation of market/PU/Global projects and initiatives in the branded workshop network.
  • Plan the team resource and deployment of the approved resource.
  • Set team targets within bp guideline.

Education

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Experience

  • Relevant business experience, preferably with track record in the IWS business.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and business ecosystem in the market.
  • Well-connected network of local resources to develop business opportunities through both organic and inorganic approaches.
  • Rich understanding of the dynamics in the IWS business.

Skills & Proficiencies

  • Hands-on skills in planning and delivering large projects.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with proficient written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with sophisticated customer interfaces.
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, and prioritize duties accordingly.
  • Ability to work effectively with functional support teams to achieve aligned positions.
