We are looking for a Group Head of Change and HRIS who will be responsible for driving the Group’s change initiatives across HR and business transformation programs. The role blends change management expertise with strong HRIS and digital platform knowledge, ensuring successful adoption of processes and technologies across global functions and business units. Acting as a bridge between business, HR, and IT, this role enables value creation from complex initiatives (e.g. global payroll harmonization, shared services, ERP, digital workplace, AI solutions).
