Client Advisor – Mercer Marsh Benefits

Marsh is looking for brilliant and talented candidate to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team as a Client Advisor based on our Turin office.

Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is a leading employee benefits consultancy and insurance broker. Our experienced team can help clients succeed globally and provide them with a single source for managing the costs, people risks, and complexities of employee benefits.

You will join a team of insurance professionals with powerful analytics and market insights, who can help clients identify, quantify and manage exposures - and reduce the total cost of their people risk.

What can you expect?

  • Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous clients and support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts;
  • Conduct account management tasks including completing billing transactional work, liaising between internal senior professionals and business accounts, and generally handling the daily Client management activities to ensure Clients satisfaction, compliance to MMB professional standards and allow senior level colleagues to focus on growth efforts;
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including some large, complex and/or multinational clients;
  • Be responsible of direct relationships with clients for the management of their employee benefits insurance solutions;
  • Interface closely with client executives and client teams to deliver client needs;
  • Develop and maintain a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities in order to explore expanded business opportunities on the assigned portfolio of Clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law or similar;
  • At least 4/5 years of professional experience gained in the insurance sector, preferably in client-facing roles and on Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian languages;
  • A strong results and client orientation and attitude;
  • Strong propension for interpersonal relationships;
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
