Role Overview

The Supply Domain Management Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning, ensuring optimal alignment between procurement, sales, and inventory. This role plays a critical part in demand planning, order fulfillment, and inventory control, directly supporting business operations and performance targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory turnover, and timely delivery of orders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Utilize the company’s PSI tool to manage procurement, sales, and inventory, with strict control over inventory turnover indicators.
  • Customer Demand Management: Align with product project schedules and resource availability, and communicate with sales teams to confirm a reasonable demand plan for the upcoming six months (N+6).
  • Responsible for releasing regional PO orders, coordinating production and resources, managing weekly production, anticipating risks in advance, and following up closely to ensure on‑time factory order delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory turnover and clearance of End‑of‑Life products, accelerate inventory turnover efficiency, and ensure achievement of turnover targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams.
  • Detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
