Responsibilities
- Support the P2P workstream within our global SAP transformation project T360
- Analyze, design, and implement solutions for production within our ERP landscape (based on SAP) for various projects and changes
- Prepare requirement analyses and technical specifications; configure solutions according to customer needs
- Plan and deliver training sessions for key users and end users
- Support various business applications and processes in the logistics area by resolving incidents/changes within the agreed SLAs
- Manage escalations according to defined processes and coordinate between different stakeholders and team members
- Share knowledge within the team and support in building competencies and improving the quality of deliverables
- Assist with the rollout of new versions and updates
- This is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days following GEA's smart working policy. Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant, preferably in the machinery and plant engineering sector
- Extensive expertise in the implementation and configuration of production processes with SAP (SAP PP, ideally complemented by PP/DS and AATP)
- Solid experience with integration into other SAP modules (MM, EWM, WM, SD, FICO)
- Experience in the MES area is desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Very good Italian and English skills, both written and spoken
