A Milan-based Continuing Medical Education (CME) provider is seeking a Business Lead to drive company growth by shaping an effective commercial and engagement strategy while leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
Goals and Responsibilities
Building a strong network of relationships with key market stakeholders, both at local and international level
Identify market trends, insights, needs and opportunities
Develop and execute strategies that align with the Company's goals and objectives
Supervise (contributing to) the design, the co-creation, and the delivery of medical education solutions that bring value to the scientific community, the clients, and the patients.
Lead and motivate the Company teams to excel, build a strong reputation and grow, with new clients’ acquisition and clients’ portfolio consolidation.
Build and manage the P&L, ensure financial results, and a timely monthly reporting to board members and other stakeholders.
Creating and implementing policies and procedures that ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance
Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Company teams with authenticity, to promote collaboration, enhance performance and professional growth
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or in scientific / medical disciplines
At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience and in CME sector
Knowledge and experience with EU / International CME market rules and dynamics.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective strategies through teamwork, collaboration, and driving change initiatives
Ability to deal with senior management and board members
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire others to achieve results
Strong financial acumen and understanding of budget management and financial reporting
Champion innovation and continuous improvement to drive growth and optimize business results
