Sales Engineer – Spektra Srl (Trimble Group)

Spektra Srl is a company of the TRIMBLE group, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of hi‑tech products dedicated to acquisition, processing and visualization of 3D spatial data. The company focuses on offering complete hardware & software solutions and value‑added services.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer reporting to the Area Manager to consolidate and grow the market in Construction and Topography across MARCHE and UMBRIA.

Responsibilities

  • Map customers in the reference area, develop contacts and present the company’s solutions and services.
  • Acquire new clients and consolidate existing market through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
  • Build long‑term client relationships with a consultative approach.
  • Participate in trade fairs and events, supporting organization and presence.
  • Create partner networks for joint sales strategies.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota for products and services.
  • Manage the pipeline regularly with CRM: leads, opportunities, forecast.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues and the entire company to reach business goals.

Required Experience

  • Knowledge of the reference market, preferably in general contractors, construction firms, engineering or architecture firms.
  • Proven experience dealing with the indicated clientele on multi‑stakeholder projects and accounts.
  • Familiarity with public procurement procedures and procurement processes in Buildings and Real Estate.
  • Knowledge of topography and major GIS solutions.
  • Ability to propose customized solutions based on the company’s products and services.
  • Autonomy in preparing and managing own sales material.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with various cross‑functional groups.

Sales Account – Difass International S.p.a.

A company headquartered in Rimini (RN) operating in the nutraceutical sector, leading in Italy in research, development and marketing of medical foods and devices.

We are looking for a Sales Account for the province of (province unspecified) reporting directly to the Commercial Direction, to be part of an innovative newly created sales network.

Key Duties

  • Constant territorial presence through daily visits and information to the medical target.
  • Development and maintenance of the market with continuous portfolio expansion.
  • Implementation of a shared database according to company standards.
  • Reporting to Commercial Direction on quantitative and qualitative activity data and market feedback, following corporate processes.
  • Active collaboration with the Scientific Marketing Department for updates on product line and market insight.

  • Competitive remuneration: fixed 24,000 € per year + variable based on targets, monthly payment.
