Building Manager

Sell & More is seeking a Building Manager for a leading company in real estate management and integrated services within the sector. The candidate will ensure the delivery of maintenance services at assigned facilities and related systems. Position :

Main activities and responsibilities :

Conduct technical inspections aimed at inventory and assessment of the condition of entrusted assets. Ensure the development and execution of maintenance programs, including routine, extraordinary, and on-demand interventions by staff and / or suppliers. Manage relationships with suppliers and clients. Ensure compliance with company safety plans. Requirements :

• Technical diploma (geometer diploma;
• degree in architecture,civil engineering, or related fields). At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional information :

Self-employment with VAT registration - €50k annual billing target. Possibility of working remotely 1 day per week. Seniority level :
