Within the Information Technology department in Padova, the Digital Transformation Project Manager will be involved in the Group's worldwide Digital Omnichannel Transformation Program.

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, this role will coordinate the implementation of digital touchpoints projects and their rollout across various countries and regions (including Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific).

  • 4 to 9 years of experience in IT Project Management roles
  • Good knowledge of retail operations and e-commerce
  • Proven experience managing projects in multicultural, global environments
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test, and roll out the Omnichannel Transformation program in each country
  • Manage project schedules, address deviations, and communicate status, issues, risks, and activities to stakeholders
  • Gather and formalize project requirements
  • Prioritize based on user needs, working closely with the Central Core team and local stakeholders for alignment
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Document project activities and decisions

Requisiti:

  • Knowledge of IT Governance and organizational models
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (demand, delivery, testing, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
