Position Overview :

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage daily tasks and errands in the city. The ideal candidate knows Milan well is organized and can get things done efficiently.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Handle personal errands and appointments around the city
  • Coordinate with service providers, shops and offices
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements and reservations
  • Support with household or administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Location Knowledge : Strong familiarity with Milan including transportation neighborhoods shops and services
  • Experience : Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar support role preferred
  • Organization Skills : Excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Italian; good English proficiency is a plus
  • Problem‑Solving : Proactive, resourceful and able to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility : Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and handle a variety of personal and administrative tasks
  • Discretion : High level of trustworthiness, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Drivers License : Valid drivers license and confidence navigating Milan by car or scooter is an advantage
