About the role

As a Field Specialist, you’ll travel within your region and beyond, working exclusively with one client to support brand visibility in GDO (Large Retail) outlets. You’ll coordinate activities, manage relationships with department heads, and maintain excellent merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and information relevant to the campaign.
• Verify correct positioning of references on shelves.
• Improve exhibition quality of products.
• Maximise use of in-store communication materials (POP) and displays.
• Build relationships with GDO department heads.
• Create photographic reports of displays.
• Participate in continuous training.

Qualifications

• No specific experience required; a willingness to learn is more important.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communicative attitude.
• Curiosity, passion for brands, and enthusiasm to grow with them.
• Valid category B driving licence; ability to drive safely.
• Enjoy traveling for work.
