Why This Role Is Right for You

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in MILAN. You will work on the company’s main strategic initiatives, with a primary focus on developing services for digital payment management — accessible through digital channels and APIs — to ensure our end customers an ever-improving experience.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technology projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines and priorities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders (Application Owners, Security, Infrastructure teams) to define requirements, roadmaps and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, risks and budget while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between development, architecture and operations teams.
• Promote best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of core digital processes.

Essential Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT or digital transformation projects in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Bonus Skills

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master.
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Familiarity with core banking systems or payment platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD).
• Technical background in software development or system integration.
