Join our team

This role will be responsible for leading the finance integration of acquired entities ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies, internal controls and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between Corporate Business Finance Controllership and acquired companies to drive seamless post‑merger integration.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading end‑to‑end finance integration activities for M&A transactions within IET from due diligence through post‑close execution.
  • Partnering with cross‑functional teams (Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, IT, Operations) to ensure finance‑related integration milestones are met.
  • Assessing and aligning accounting policies, processes and systems of acquired entities with IET and corporate standards.
  • Coordinating the setup of financial reporting structures including chart of accounts, cost centers and legal entity structures.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly close, statutory reporting and internal controls implementation.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks during integration, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.
  • Supporting change management and communication efforts related to finance integration.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to local finance teams in acquired entities.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Mid‑level experience in finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS, internal controls and financial reporting processes.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
