Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers in executing banking operations, ensuring efficient management of their needs.
• Interact directly with customers in the retail sector as part of the branch team.
• Familiarize with the bank’s product and service offering, supporting colleagues to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Participate in the selection process, which includes CV screening, a short telephone interview, and subsequent in‑person interviews.

Qualifications

• Graduate in humanities, economic, legal or quantitative fields; young professional.
• Excellent customer orientation, enthusiasm, resilience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum experience 0–2 years; no prior experience required.
• English skills at B1 level.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Invalidità civile superiore al 46% (for qualified disability).

Requirements

• Full‑time position.
• Location: Pordenone (Vicenza area).
• Availability to work in the domestic retail network.
