Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre- & Post-Sales Electrical & Application Engineer located in Milan, with some work-from-home flexibility. The engineer will provide technical support before and after sales, including product demonstrations, customer consultations, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include assisting with application engineering tasks, developing technical documentation, conducting technical training sessions, and collaborating with the sales team to offer customized solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and Power Quality Devices (PQD)
• Prior experience in pre- and post-sales support, including customer consultations and troubleshooting
• Application engineering skills and experience in developing technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct technical training sessions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical qualifications, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with sophisticated technology and a focus on energy-saving solutions is a plus
