In the Divisione Navi Mercantili, the Project Management has the task of managing the development of orders from the offer phase to delivery, involving various functions, both central and plant, to ensure, through inter‑functional programming, compliance with budget, delivery times and final product quality.
Within the Project Management Team, the Procurement Coordinator of the order is responsible for overseeing the procurement process of the order, ensuring consistency with the ship program and project budget, and supervising the activities of central and plant functions involved in the purchasing process.
