Financial Business Strategist

Overview

Senior Business Controller to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in financial / business controlling and a strong focus on top line analysis, business partnering, and strategic support to commercial teams. This role sits at the intersection of finance and business, providing insights that help shape our commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to sales, marketing, and product teams
• Monitor and analyze revenue, pricing, and margin performance
• Develop and maintain Dashboards and reports to track business KPIs
• Support Forecasting, Budgeting, and Business Planning processes
• Deliver insights on customer, product, and channel profitability
• Assist with the preparation of business cases for new initiatives
• Provide financial input in cross-functional meetings and decision-making

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess :

• 5 years of experience in financial or commercial finance
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. SAP)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
• Project Management skills
