Overview

One Os srl seeks outbound call center agents for the insurance sector in Torino. The role is fully remote except for initial on‑site training.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound insurance sales calls.
• Meet daily and sales targets.
• Use CRM tools and call scripts.
• Collaborate with team and manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer orientation.
• Strong listening and team skills.
• Proficient PC and sales experience (preferably in insurance or call center).
• High commercial skills.
