Altrimenti Mixology Art is a premium cocktail bar with kitchen located in the heart of Milan’s Brera district, at the intersection of Via San Marco and Via Castelfidardo.

We offer an elegant, refined atmosphere and high-level service for a diverse and demanding clientele.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Bartender.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages following recipes with precision, speed, and attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and provide full service to those seated at the bar (food & drinks).
• Ensure consistent quality of beverages and ingredients.
• Prepare fresh garnishes and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Support bar opening / closing procedures and daily cleaning routines.
• Handle payments and operate the cash register.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Check and maintain storage areas for order and cleanliness.
• Strong ability to execute classic cocktails.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven bartending experience in cocktail-focused venues.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Availability to work shifts and weekends (full-time, 5 days / week).
• Legal right to work in Italy.
• Based in Milan.
• Italian required; English preferred.
