Data Scientist

TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Data Scientist to join an important client. The candidate will be involved in data analysis, development of predictive models, and Machine Learning solutions, helping to transform data into valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, results orientation, attention to detail, proactivity, initiative, and openness to change.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources
• Developing and validating Machine Learning and AI models
• Performing statistical analysis and building data visualizations to support business needs
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, engineering); preparing reports and presentations of findings

Required skills

• Experience in developing Machine Learning models (Python, R, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Good understanding of English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Data/AI-related certifications

Education

• Degree in STEM disciplines (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields)
