Senior Cost Manager MEP

In this role, you will:

• Analyze cost reports and review findings with senior management
• Conduct budget preparation, including detailed cost modelling, benchmarking, and reviews with senior management
• Manage project costs throughout the project lifecycle, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance client value
• Oversee financial close-out processes, including vendor settlements
• Guide commercial change management and evaluate change impacts
• Manage RFPs through to procurement for project services and products
• Lead commercial risk management efforts proactively
• Review analytics related to project cash flow and earned value analysis

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have M&E cost management experience from a consultancy background
• Have worked on hyperscale data center, pharmaceutical, or heavy industrial projects
• Understand business models and market opportunities
• Possess a degree or equivalent experience in construction, business, finance, or related fields
• Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Are detail-oriented and focused on quality
• Enjoy managing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
