Company Overview

Orienta spa – Società Benefit filiale di San Bonifacio selects a CABLATORE for a client in Arcole (VR). The company, founded in 1992, is a stable and consolidated presence in the region, offering heating and air conditioning solutions nationwide and across Europe. The corporate site is equipped with 7,000 m² of finished product storage and an additional 7,800 m² dedicated to production.

Responsibilities

• Wiring of machine frames for residential and industrial air conditioning systems.
• Construction and modification of industrial electrical panels.
• Mechanical assembly activities.
• Functional testing of products using dedicated plant/software.

Requirements

• Proficiency with workshop tools and electrician’s equipment.
• Good manual dexterity for electrical circuit operations.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Preferred experience as a cablatore/operator in a modernly organized setting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial placement in a temporary contract with the possibility of permanent hire.
• CCNL Commercio, 14 monthly payment + meal vouchers.
• Full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, with potential shift work based on company needs.
