We are recruiting a professional to join our Tax Team in Pescara, who will be involved in:

Responsibilities

  • Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;
  • Assistance in tax litigation proceedings and in managing the relationship with the Italian Tax Authorities during the assessment procedures;
  • Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
  • Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
  • Tax compliance.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Law;
  • Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
  • Flexible and dynamic approach.

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

  • Master's degree in tax law.
