Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
- Present the company’s innovative SaaS platform and demonstrate how it drives real business results.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling offers and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and conferences.
- Track and analyze performance to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development.
- Proven success in closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and consultative selling techniques.
- Experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — driven, proactive, and resilient.
- Based in Italy, with flexibility to work from the Milan office at least once a week.
