Sales Executive – SaaS / Tourism Sector (Milan / Hybrid Remote)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an innovative SaaS company transforming the tourism industry, for a Sales Executive to join their passionate and fast-growing commercial team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
  • Present the company’s innovative SaaS platform and demonstrate how it drives real business results.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling offers and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and conferences.
  • Track and analyze performance to continuously improve sales effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — driven, proactive, and resilient.
  • Based in Italy, with flexibility to work from the Milan office at least once a week.
