Legal Contracts Manager

I'm currently hiring for a Contract Manager role in the infrastructure space within the renewable energy sector, based in Rome, Italy.

Role Overview:

• Contract management support for a major renewable energy portfolio (Solar)

• Key focus on the revamping/implementation phase of multiple infrastructure sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, NDAs, shareholder agreements, etc.)

• Managing legal risk, corporate governance, and compliance matters

• Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders

• Supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes

• Overseeing insurance, facility agreements, and contract milestones

• Contributing to internal policy and KYC/AML processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ legal experience, ideally in renewables or infrastructure

• Background in commercial contract negotiation and regulatory law

• Strong understanding of Italian legal frameworks and public authorities

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Based in or open to relocation to Rome
