In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing quality support and prompt responses to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. You will act as the interface between customers and internal production and procurement teams, ensuring agreements and expectations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Order Validation & Entry: Conduct order validations and entries.
  • Order Confirmation: Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
  • Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.
  • Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
  • Projects & Initiatives: Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
  • Professional Experience: Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
  • Skills: SAP experience.
  • Languages: Fluent-level English and German.
