June – Dec 2024 : Role Overview: Evaluating and re-assessing current Risk Assessment to identify current risk rating across the fleet based on incident historical data, controls, barriers, procedures, and standards.

• Conduct Fleet-wide Road Safety Gap Analysis and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations for short-term and long-term solutions.
• Participate in all MVI-related incidents, both work-related and non-work-related.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CRCD to involve them in programs and awareness training for the community and LGUs regarding road safety, driving safety, and road condition improvement.
• Verify the closure and effectiveness of gap analysis actions.
• Prepare detailed learnings for fleet-wide reference and implementation.
• Share best practices and assess the effectiveness of controls and barriers installed or implemented.
• Meet with LGUs and communities to discuss improvements and gather feedback on EDC’s road safety initiatives.
• Provide trending analysis and KPIs for Road Transport Related Incidents / Activities.
