Role Description
We are looking for a
Back Office Employee
with
hands-on experience in OTAs and online booking platforms
(such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Headout, Tiqets, etc.) to join our team, working both
on-site and remotely
The experience is essential, as the role focuses on managing reservations, ticketing, and customer interactions within the travel and tours sector.
The ideal candidate understands travel and tour operations, is comfortable with OTA systems, and can manage customer service and operational tasks efficiently and creatively. You will be responsible for ticketing, reservations, organizing activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. We\'re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented, who can resolve issues and contribute ideas to improve processes.
