Project Construction Manager

Project Construction Manager | Utility Scale Solar

We are looking for a skilled Project Construction Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV projects ranging from 10MW to 100MW. Based in either Milan or Rome, you will be responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle—ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale solar PV construction projects
• Manage relationships with EPCs, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
• Oversee technical implementation and resolve on-site challenges proactively
• Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to project reporting

Requirements :

• Proven experience managing construction of utility-scale solar PV projects (10MW–100MW)
• Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering concepts
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
