Head of Finance

is building a family of iconic consumer software products that enable everyone to live a better, more fulfilling, and more productive life. We're a small, focused team spread across Europe who've cracked the code on building and scaling products people actually want. With products already serving hundreds of thousands of users, we're gearing up to launch several more across different categories in 2025.

As the Head of Finance at Blackboard, you'll be handling our financial department to help us scale our operations seamlessly. You'll be working on a variety of different tasks regarding finance and accounting.

Commitment & contract: Full-time / part-time.

Location: Milan (Italy) or remote.

What you'll do:

1. General accounting management
2. Management of payments to employees / contractors / withholdings
3. Financial monthly / quarterly reporting
4. Financial statement management
5. Accounting for tax incentives (e.g., Patent Box, etc.)
6. Tax optimization
7. Expense management and optimization
8. Electronic invoicing
9. Financial forecasting
10. Currency exchange management
